How long do courses take?
It depends on the course. CPR takes around 2–3 hours. Provide First Aid is a full day (roughly 7–8 hours split between online theory and a face-to-face practical session). White Card is a full day. RSA and Food Handling can be completed online in a few hours at your own pace. We'll confirm exact timing when you book.
What ID do I need to bring?
You'll need to bring valid photo ID — a current driver's licence, passport, or equivalent government-issued ID. For White Card training, photo ID is a mandatory requirement. If you're unsure what to bring, contact us before your course day.
Are courses nationally recognised?
Yes. Eclipse Education is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #32252), regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Accredited courses such as First Aid, CPR, White Card, RSA, and Food Handling result in nationally recognised statements of attainment that are valid across Australia.
Can I complete part of the course online?
Many of our courses use a blended learning model — you complete the theory component online at your own pace before attending a shorter face-to-face practical session. This means less time in the classroom and more flexibility around your schedule. RSA and Food Handling courses can be completed entirely online.
When will I receive my certificate?
Digital certificates are typically issued within 1–2 business days of completing your course. First Aid cards (the physical wallet card) are usually sent by post within a few weeks. If you need your certificate urgently, contact our office and we'll do our best to assist.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible — ideally at least 48 hours before your course date — and we'll move you to another session at no extra charge. For full details on our cancellation policy, see our Policies & Procedures page.
