Responsible Service of Alcohol in Victoria is traditionally only valid via classroom based training. However, since the COVID-19 pandemic the VGCCC has approved virtual delivery of this course to approved RTO's. Eclipse Education has been approved to deliver RSA training by interactive video chat or virtual classroom technology by the VGCCC:
The Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is a compulsory requirement for anybody working in an environment where alcohol is available for purchase within the state of Victoria.

After completing the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) unit, you will be able to serve and sell alcohol in licensed premises. It will allow you to understand and comply with the legal responsibilities associated with the service of alcohol and Harm Minimisation.
This unit of study is conducted in a virtual classroom based environment. You will need to attend one of our Virtual classrooms. Bookings can be done online, please select a date and time that best suits you.
