Can I get a White Card online?

Only students residing in Western Australia can do a White Card course online. All other students will need to attend a classroom based training session to attain a White Card.

Will I receive a certificate straight away after I finish the course?

You will be able to receive your certificate via email after we receive all required paperwork and assessment material.

Do I need to provide proof of identity?

Yes, all students participating in Nationally Recognised Training must provide Photo ID during enrollment and/or during class participation.

What is a USI?

All students doing nationally recognised training need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). If you don't already have a USI you can get one by visiting https://www.usi.gov.au/.

How long does it take to receive my certificate?

Once we are satisfied that a student has attained the skills and knowledge required for the individual unit and all student fees have been paid in full then we will issue the Statement of Attainment. Our Statements of Attainment are e-mailed to our students and is done in a very timely manner.

Are these courses nationally recognised?

These courses are Nationally recognised and delivered through a Registered Training Organisation. We (Eclipse Education) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO# 32252).

Once I have passed and paid for a course can I start applying for jobs?

All our Statements of Attainment are e-mailed to our students. If you complete and pay for our courses you will be e-mailed a receipt of confirmation of both passing and of paying for your course. You will also be e-mailed your certificate (Statement of Attainment) at the same time or soon after once all requirements have been met.

How do I pay?

Eclipse Online Education accepts different forms of payment.
You can pay with Credit Card via our secure payment portal. You can pay with Direct Deposit via internet banking or at a bank branch. You can arrange a money order from an Australian Post Office. Or you can even pay with a cheque.
All our payment options are listed in more details throughout the site after you have registered with us.

Is the course tax deductible?

Yes, Australian citizens and residents who pay tax can claim for all educational courses.
Working Holiday Travellers who have worked in Australia during their stay and have paid tax can also apply for a tax refund before leaving Australia and claim for our courses.
You must keep a copy of your receipt when you pay for the course to be able to make a claim.

Do I have to complete my course in one sitting?

No, our courses that contain online theory can be done in your own time and at your own pace. You can take your time and complete the course at your own pace. You can start, stop and resume your course at time intervals that are suitable to you. The system will remember your progress and save it. Each time you log into the website with your unique username and password you will be able to resume your course where you last left it.
We understand that most people lead busy lives and have other important commitments. Our online training method allows you to study in and around these other important commitments.

Are there additional costs involved?

No, you can complete our courses free of charge. Once you have successfully passed a course you will be asked to make payment. The payment amount is the same amount as quoted on our home page and many other pages throughout our website. The price is all inclusive and contains NO hidden fees unless you require express postage or a replacement white card for out Construction Induction Unit.

I have just finished my course, when do I have to pay for it?

You can make payment for your course whenever you like. We like to be flexible with our students as much as possible, so simply make payment when you are able to.
Please note that we will not send out your certificate until payment has been made.

Do I need any particular computer skills or special computer equipment?

If you are viewing this page then you are off to a good start. All our courses are done online so there is a requirement for your computer to be connected to the internet. Our website has been designed to work in all current internet browsers so it will look the same no matter what Internet browser you are using or what type of computer (PC, Mac and Linux) you are using. Even smart phones such as iPhones, Blackberries and Android phones can access and use our website.
You only need basic computer skills to use our website and learning is made easy and natural - much the same way as you would learn from reading a book or watching a movie. You will need literacy and numeracy skills and a good understanding of the English language. All our courses are conducted in English and being able to read and write in English is a requirement.
