Identity Requirements
All students are required to present three original, matching Evidence of Identity (EOI) documents
before you can attend the classroom session.

RTOs must sight three original, matching documents in one of two combinations:
- 1 × Category A + 2 × Category B
- or 2 × Category A + 1 × Category B
Category A (must include at least one photo‑ID showing full name & DOB):
- Australian full Birth Certificate (not extract) or Bicentennial Certificate (born 1988)
- Australian Citizenship Certificate or Naturalisation Certificate
- DHA ImmiCard or Visa Evidence Card (with PLO56 visa); valid for ≤5 years from issue
- Queensland or Australian Federal Police photo‑ID card
- Australian passport (current or expired ≤2 years) or foreign passport (≤2 years old only)
- Australian photo driver licence (≤2 years expired)
- Queensland photographic High Risk Work licence (≤2 years expired)
- Accredited driver‑trainer, pilot/escort, or dangerous‑goods driver laminated ID
- Adult Proof‑of‑Age Card (18+ card) issued after 1 Jan 1992
Category B (Australian‑issued only):
- Australian Defence Force photo ID (civilians not eligible)
- Security Guard or Crowd‑Controller licence (photo ID)
- Firearm licence (with photo)
- Pensioner Concession Card or Health Care Card (Centrelink / DVA)
- Medicare card or BasicsCard
- Debit or credit card (must have printed/embossed name + signature; record issuer and expiry)
- Student ID card from an Australian education provider (photo or signature present)
- Interstate proof‑of‑age, photo ID or Photo Identification Card
- Norfolk Island photo ID
- Department of Corrective Services Form 22 (valid for up to 6 months)
At least one Category A document must be photographic with full name and date of birth; and at least one document (from Category A or B) must show your signature and date of birth.
